These guys know their stuff. Been to a couple of local shops where I felt they really didn't have a idea what was wrong with my SUV. These guys did a comprehensive diagnostic & found the specific problem. Quality & fast work. Highly recommend.

I took my car to Chino Auto Tech last week for the 100,000 mile service. Instead of doing the service they charged me $25 dollars and told me that some of the services may be covered by the dealership. They gave me a report approximately 50 page. When I showed the report to the dealer they were impressed at the report and said "These people know what they are doing". Part of the 100k service is changing belts and spark plugs. The dealership covered about $1,200.00 worth of work for free. Chino Auto Tech could of provided the requested service and I would of never know. They are very ethical and honest. I have taken my vehicles to Chino Auto Tech for 12 years now and have never had better service anywhere.
They are honest, professional and very customer oriented. I have not taken the time to write any kind of review before and that is a shame on me. I trust Jim and his crew with anything and I know they will always do right by me, never overcharge, do unnecessary work and always work quickly without cutting corners.
Highly recommended shop! I will always go there first without hesitation.

Just came back from a smog check. Time was about 30 minutes to get it done on a busy day, 10 minutes above estimate.

However the lady was very courteous and made a very positive impression. I may come back for other services.

This is my second visit here. First visit, I needed a smog check for my Mini. It took 30 mins. Second visit was today. I needed a smog check for my Pilot. It took 2 hours because it needed repair. They showed me the intake boot was ripped. It needed to be replaced. It passed after the repair. If you have AAA, you get $5 discount on smog check.
